Terms of Service

Effective 2026-07-18. By ordering from RaiseReady you agree to these terms.

What we provide

RaiseReady produces fundraise-readiness reports and preparation services for startups: a stage-weighted diligence gap analysis, a benchmark scorecard, a financial model built from your inputs, sourced market sizing, a competitor landscape, comparable rounds, a deck outline, a data-room blueprint and diligence Q&A prep, delivered as a written report and an optional readout call.

The report is a preparation and research deliverable. Researched figures reflect the sources cited at the time of writing and may change. Nothing in the report is a guarantee that you will raise, a valuation opinion, or legal, tax or investment advice.

What we are not

RaiseReady is not a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser. We do not introduce investors, solicit securities transactions, or take success fees or equity. We charge a flat fee for preparation work only.

Delivery & refunds

24-hour delivery guarantee. Your report is delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment. If we fail to deliver within that window, you are entitled to a full refund — reply "refund" to your confirmation email and it is processed within one business day, with no retention flow.

Digital-content refund terms. Because the report is a bespoke digital deliverable prepared to order, once it has been delivered to you it is no longer refundable except under the delivery guarantee above (late delivery) or where the deliverable materially fails to match what was ordered. Before delivery, you may cancel for any reason for a full refund. If you believe a delivered report is materially deficient, contact us within 7 days and we will correct it or refund it.

Your responsibilities

The figures you provide (ARR, burn, cash, cap table, metrics) are yours to verify — the report computes on the numbers you give us.
You are responsible for confirming any researched figure against its cited source before you put it in front of an investor.
You will not represent RaiseReady as your broker, agent, or a party to any financing.

Payment

Fees are stated in USD on the order page and are due before work begins. Korean entities may request a tax invoice (세금계산서).

Confidentiality

Materials and figures you share are used only to prepare your report and are not disclosed to third parties except the infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We are glad to sign a mutual NDA on request.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the report in question. The report is informational and is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice; decisions you make from it are your own.
